Basic qualification in order to secure admission of MBA/MMS course, the candidate should fulfil the following eligibility criteria
Passed with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% Incase of backward class candidates from Maharashtra state only) in any bachelor’s degree minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian University
Candidates who have appeared for the final year examination of any bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognised by the association of Indian University can also appear for AMMI-MBA/MMS CET 2013 but shall have to fulfill the basic qualification as mentioned above (Passed with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate 45% in case of backward class candidates from Maharashtra state only)
For AMMI-MBA/MMS CET 2013 candidate from Maharashtra state and other than Maharashtra state can appear who fulfill the basic qualification
Candidates passing out AMMI-MBA/MMS CET 2013 examination will be admitted only against vacant seats after the round of Directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra State, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Candidate passing out AMMI-MBA/MMS CET 2013 examination can apply for seats under Institute quota also
The Rule of eligibility, Tie breaker, etc, is a part with C-MAT 2013 conducted by AICET, New Delhi
As per the directions issued from the Pravesh Niyantran Samati it has been dicided that
If a candidate cancels his admission before the cut-off-date, then College/Institute has deduct only Rs. 1000/- as administrative charges and balance amount of fees paid by a student be refunded within two days, otherwise the same will amount to profiteering and charging of capitation fees
Samiti further directs that the College/Institute should also return the original documents/Certificate collected from the students within two days
If a candidate expires within three months from the date of admission, full refund shall be made after deducting Rs. 1000/- as administrative charged
Vacancies will be filled in first though candidate who appeared for C-MAT of AICET, New Delhi
In case seats remain vacant then only the candidates who have appeared for AMMI-MBA/MMS CET 2013 will be admitted
Candidate should procure the brochure and application form from the examination centres mentioned and from the participating institutes

The candidates will submit duly filled application form at the same centre from where he/she purchased Brochure & Application form
The candidate must preserve the Hall-ticket & bring to the examination hall to produce the same on the demand by the examination staff
In case of loss of Hall-tickets, the student should obtain duplicate hall ticket form the examination centre in charge not later than one hour before the commencement of examination on payment of Rs. 100/- with sufficient evidence to prove that he/she is the genuine bonafide student
Candidates will appear for AMMI-MBA/MMS CET 2013 written test as the designed venue as mentioned on the hall ticket on the date of the examination
The candidate shall report to the centre at least an hour before
The candidate will receive the score card from the same examination centre
In case the loss of original score card, a duplicate score can be obtained on making an application on plain paper to the competent Authority of the association along with the DD of Rs. 200/- in favour of the Association of Management of MBA/MMS Institute payable at Pune
The candidates passing out this examination are eligible for admission only in of the participating Institute, (The list of participating institutes for AMMI-MBA/MMS CET 2013 is given in the Brochure & website: www.mahaammi.com)
The question paper of the CET will only be set in English
Translation in any other language will not be available
The CET will be comprised of 200 marks and the duration is two hours
Syllabus for the examination is General Aptitude (GA), Computer Concepts (CC) and General Engineering (GE)
The CET will be 100 multiple choice questions with four each questions
Each correct answer will carry 2 marks
There will be no negative marking
