Army Institute of Management and Technology (AIMT) Greater Noida is inviting applications for admission to the 2-year full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program for the academic session 2024-25. Established in 2004 by the Army Welfare Education Society (AWES), the Army Institute Of Management & Technology (AIMT), Noida, offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs including BBA, MBA/PGDM in the field of Business & Management Studies.

Important Dates
- Online Registration followed by Submission of Online Application Form: 01st Feb to 20th March 2024
- Online Registration followed by Submission of Online Application Form along with payment of Registration Fee of Rs. 1500/-: 01st Feb to 31st March 2024
- Enrollment and payment of Counselling Participation Fee of Rs. 1,000/- plus taxes/ service charges: Tentatively in April, 2024
- Registration for Management Quota for the Academic Session 2024-25: To be notified later
Eligibility Criteria
Admission to the MBA program at AIMT Greater Noida is exclusively open to dependent wards of serving or retired Army personnel. The eligible categories include:
- Serving or retired Army personnel receiving regular pension or Special Service officers who have served in the Army for 10 years. (Submit Certificate No. 1 as per GGSIP University format-Appendix 10(A)).
- Stepchildren of Army Personnel born from wedlock where at least one parent belonged to the Army, or adopted children of Army Personnel adopted at least 5 years prior to the commencement of the course. (Submit Certificate No. 2 as per GGSIP University format-Appendix 10(B)).
- Children of Army Medical Dental Corps Officers serving in the Air Force/Navy, Military Nursing Service (MNS)/Army Public School (APS), and Territorial Army (TA) Personnel. (Submit Certificate No. 3 as per GGSIP University format-Appendix 10(C)).
Educational Qualification
For admission to MBA (General), MBA (International Business), or MBA (Financial Management) programs:
- Candidates must hold a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline for a minimum duration of 3 years with at least 50% marks in aggregate. OR
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, or any other subject with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, or any qualification recognized as equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate are eligible. OR
- Candidates who have passed the Final Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England, the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England, or the Institute of Company Secretaries of India are eligible for admission.
Application Process
Eligible candidates can apply through the official website https://www.aimt.ac.in/. Applicants can also obtain the application form from the university. Those interested in seeking admission to AIMT, Greater Noida for the MBA program can obtain the information brochure/prospectus by hand from the Registrar, AIMT. They can do so by sending their requisition along with a demand draft in favor of Army Institute of Management & Technology payable at Greater Noida.

Admission Criteria
All admissions will be based on the overall Percentile of the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2023 conducted by the Indian Institute of Management. If seats remain vacant after counseling based on the CAT 2023 Percentile, then counseling will be conducted based on the score in CMAT 2024, another National Level Test. In the event that seats remain unfilled even after exhausting the CAT 2023 and CMAT 2024 merit lists, the University will consider admissions in the MBA Program by conducting a Common Entrance Test administered by GGSIP University.
