A smart city is an area where all of the municipal services are linked through the Internet. Several IoT devices and sensors are employed to gather data in order to effectively manage the local body’s assets and resources. Intensity of traffic, electric power loads, trash management, water use, crime rate, hospital, schools, and other community services are among the statistics collected. Smart city technology enables authorities affiliated with municipal authorities to transact in real time with municipal infrastructure facilities and the community that uses them.
