Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech

  • Candidates should have cleared class 12th examination with an aggregate mark of 45% from a recognized university. Grace marks should not be included.
  • Physics and Mathematics should have studied as compulsory subjects and biology or bio-technology or chemistry as optional subjects.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Arch

  • Candidates should hold bachelor’s degree in architecture along with 50% marks in aggregate or its equivalent from a recognized college or university.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Pharm

  • Candidates should hold bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy along with 50% marks in aggregate or its equivalent from a recognized college or university.

Eligibility Criteria for Bio-Technology

  • Candidates should have cleared class 12th examination with Physics, Biology/Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
  • Candidates should have studied chemistry or technical vocational subject as optional subjects.

Eligibility Criteria for MCA 2nd Year (LE)

  • Candidates should hold degree of BCA or B.Sc (ITM/Computer/IT) with securing 50% from a college or University.
  • Candidates should have studied Mathematics as compulsory subject in class 12th.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech (Part Time)

  • Candidates should have completed bachelor’s degree in degree from a recognized college or university.
  • Candidates having 2 years of experience either in education or industry are eligible to apply.

Eligibility Criteria for MAM

  • Candidates should have completed class 12th with securing 45% marks.
  • Admission will be held on the basis of rank list.

Applicants are eligible to apply through online mode only. For the same they are required to go through official website of OJEE. Candidates can find the complete information regarding how to apply at official website of OJEE in the Information Brochure. Go through the information brochure thoroughly and apply as per the instruction specified.

How to Apply

The candidates are required to apply only online as per procedure detailed below:

i) Candidates can apply for OJEE - 2017 only “Online”.

ii) Information Brochure can be downloaded from the website.

iii) Online submission of Application Form may be made by accessing OJEE-2017 website

iv) Instructions for Online submission of Application Form are available in Information Brochure and on the website

v) Candidates must follow the instructions strictly as given in the Information Brochure available on the website. Candidates not complying with the instructions shall summarily be disqualified.

vi) Candidates must retain the following documents with them as reference for future correspondence.

(a) Printouts of the computer generated Confirmation Page of the Application Form.

(b) Proof of fee payment.

vii) The fee can be remitted through either of the following ways:

(a) By Debit Card / credit card (VISA / MASTER / Maestro cards/internet banking).

PGAT TEST -

PGAT Test for M. Tech / M. Arch will be of 2 hours duration containing 90 questions. Out of this 90 questions, 30 questions will be common to all branches of PGAT candidates.

(a) 20 Engineering Mathematics
(b) 10 Analytical and Logical Reasoning.

60 questions will of Branch specialization.

For M Pharm it will be 1 hour examination and of 60 questions from the branch alone.

Syllabus

Admit Card / Hall Ticket

The admit card is the hall ticket for the exam hall. Candidates who shall be appearing for the Odisha JEE Exam shall be required to bring the admit card necessarily to the exam hall. The admit card shall be made available for download from the official portal in the month of April 2017. Candidates must note that they shall not be allowed in the exam hall without the possession of the admit card.

Cutoff

Results

The result for the Odisha JEE 2017 Exam shall be released in the month of June 2017. The result shall depict the name of the candidates who have successfully passed the written exam. Candidates who shall be included in the result shall later on be called for counselling which shall finalise the admission of the candidates. The result shall be uploaded on the official website from where the candidates can get access to it.

Counselling

The counselling for the Odisha JEE Exam shall be held in the month of June 2017 after the release of the result. Candidates shall have to register online for the counselling fill in their choices for colleges as well as courses. Candidates shall then have to visit the nearby nodes to get their documents verified. The final counselling process shall be completed when seats shall be allotted to the candidates.
