If you have appeared in the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT), and NTA releases recorded responses, you can download the response sheet of GPAT according to the schedule from gpat.nta.nic.in. By checking the GPAT response sheet, you can review which answers were recorded during the exam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the GPAT 2026 exam is scheduled for <strong>March 7, 2026<\/strong>, the response sheet is not yet available. OR Search for &#8220;GPAT Response Sheet indcareer&#8221; and navigate to the relevant page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the download link provided for the GPAT response sheet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log in using the credentials issued by the National Testing Agency (NTA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once logged in, you can view and check your recorded responses from the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\uddee How to Use the Response Sheet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To estimate your performance, compare your response sheet with the official answer key:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Match IDs:<\/strong> Match the Question ID and the Option ID you selected with the &#8220;Correct Option&#8221; ID in the key.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calculate Marks:<\/strong> * <strong>+4<\/strong> for every correct match.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>-1<\/strong> for every incorrect match.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>0<\/strong> for unattempted questions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Total Score:<\/strong> Sum them up to get your raw score out of 500.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gpat\">GPAT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GPAT is a National level Pharmacy entrance exam held by the National Testing Agency.
