IIT Mandi comprises nine schools, such as the School of Computing and Electrical Engineering, School of Basic Sciences, School of Engineering, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, among others. The institute offers a wide range of academic programs including undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral, and integrated programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Important Dates<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The online Application Form begins on: Feb 06, 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Last Date of Submitting Online Application: Feb 26, 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal Interview\/Group Discussion: March 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and\/or any other cities based on the number of candidates]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Declaration of Admission Results: To be announced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Classes begin: The first week of Aug 2024<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CATEGORY 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For GN\/OBC (NCL)\/EWS Indian national applicants: A minimum of 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale or 65% marks in a full-time bachelor\u2019s degree of minimum 3 years or a full-time Master\u2019s degree of minimum 2 years from any of the Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) \/ any of the top 100 institutes according to NIRF ranking 2023 (overall category). CAT requirement is exempted for such candidates. Mathematics at +2 level (or equivalent) is mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For SC\/ST\/PwD Indian national applicants: A minimum of 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale or 60% marks in a full-time bachelor\u2019s degree of minimum 3 years or a full-time Master\u2019s degree of minimum 2 years from any of the Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) \/ any of the top 100 institutes according to NIRF ranking 2023 (overall category). Additionally,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For GN\/OBC (CL)\/EWS: Minimum of 6 CGPA on a 10-point scale or 60% marks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For SC\/ST\/PwD\/OBC(NCL): Minimum of 5.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale or 55% marks.
