No printed application form is available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure to fill out genuine application form available online at website&nbsp;<strong>www.wbjeeb.nic.in<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The online application process follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It is essential to have a mobile number and a unique email ID.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the registration details i.e. name, father\u2019s name, mother\u2019s name, gender and date of Birth are entered and submitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload scanned copy of photograph and signature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The candidate needs to visit the portal and follow the links EXAMINATIONS &#8211; PUMDET &#8211; ONLINE APPLICATION. The form is interactive in nature. There are two major steps in application form submission as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1. Registration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; The candidate has to input name, date of birth, gender, mobile number and e-mail id. Candidate must take utmost care to give these inputs. If mistakes are committed there is no chance of correction. The mobile number and e-mail id entered will be used for all subsequent communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Candidates also have to choose a log-in ID and password and remember them, which he\/she will use for future log-in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; PUMDET candidate has to choose the subject according to his\/her honours\/major subject in B.A.\/B.Sc.<br>At the end of this step, the candidate may opt to log out or continue to next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2. Application Form<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This step comprises the following subsections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Personal details:<\/strong>&nbsp;Candidate has to input information like category, religion, domicile state, guardian\u2019s name and address, communication address, permanent address etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Academic information:<\/strong>&nbsp;Candidates for PUMDET will be able to enter their data for this subsection once their results at the 10+2 level are published.
