Approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India), this initiative by the Institute aims to nurture talented young researchers into innovative thinkers and practical problem-solvers, preparing them for careers in academia or industry. Leveraging the research expertise of BIMTECH faculty members, the FPM combines academic rigor with real-world relevance, addressing the demands of today&#8217;s globalized business landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EFPM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Executive Fellow Program in Management (EFPM) at BIMTECH, approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India), is a doctoral-level program tailored to meet the learning needs of working business executives. EFPM scholars attend classes exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays during the coursework, allowing them to balance their professional commitments. This program prepares executives for careers in management teaching, research, practice, and consulting, enhancing their effectiveness in current management roles. By focusing on research and consulting skills, the EFPM aims to equip executives with the tools and methodologies essential for advancing knowledge in business and improving decision-making capabilities. Additionally, it fosters a deeper understanding of research methodology and techniques relevant to the business environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Important Dates<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Opening of Online Application Form: Saturday 01th February 2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Last Date for Submitting Applications: Thursday 15th March 2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commencement of the Programme: Saturday 13th July 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>BIMTECH seeks candidates with a consistently strong academic background, professional achievements, and a genuine passion for advancing knowledge in the field of management. For admission to the Fellow Program in Management (FPM) or Executive Fellow Program in Management (EFPM), candidates must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Master\u2019s Degree or Equivalent<\/strong>: Applicants should hold a master\u2019s degree or its equivalent in any discipline, with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade point average recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) \/ Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Additionally, they must have obtained a Bachelor\u2019s degree or an equivalent qualification after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Five-Year Integrated Masters Degree Programme<\/strong>: Candidates with a five-year integrated Masters Degree Programme in any discipline are also eligible for admission, provided they have secured at least 60% marks after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or its equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professional Qualifications<\/strong>: Alternatively, individuals who have qualified as Chartered Accountants (CA), Company Secretaries (CS), or Cost and Works Accountants (ICWA) with a minimum of 50% marks, along with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree, are eligible for admission.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to meeting the academic qualifications mentioned earlier, candidates applying for the Executive Fellow Program in Management (EFPM) at BIMTECH are required to have a minimum of 5 years of managerial, executive, or teaching experience. For EFPM candidates, the maximum age limit is set at 50 years. Similarly, candidates applying for the Fellow Program in Management (FPM) should also meet the aforementioned academic criteria.
