The NTA has released the exam pattern for the Common University Entrance Test (Undergraduate) or CUET UG. Understanding the examination scheme is crucial as it provides information about the test’s sections, the number of questions, the recommended number of attempts, and the marking scheme for CUET. CUET Exam Pattern<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

By knowing the CUET exam pattern, you can better prepare and perform confidently on the test day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The details of the CUET exam pattern are detailed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Section 1A \u2013 Languages<\/td>There are 13 different languages. Any of these languages may be chosen.<\/td>40 questions to be attempted out of 50 in each language.<\/td><\/tr>
Section 1B \u2013 Languages<\/td>There are 20 Languages. Any of these languages may be chosen.<\/td><\/td><\/tr>
Section 2 \u2013 Domain<\/td>There are 27 Domains specific subjects being offered under this section. A candidate may choose any subject as desired by the applicable University\/ Universities.<\/td>35\/40 Questions to be attempted out of 45\/50.<\/td><\/tr>
Section 3 \u2013 General Test<\/td>For any such undergraduate programme \/ programmes being offered by Universities where a General Test is being used for admission<\/td>50 Questions to be attempted out of 60<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    Mode of Examination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    CUET (UG) will completely be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Medium of Examination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Medium of the Question Papers: Drawing from the National Education Policy (NEP), the CUET (UG)- 2023 will be conducted in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The option of language for Question Paper should be exercised while filling up the Application Form online and it cannot be changed at a later stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Objective type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There are three shifts in a day. A candidate can choose upto 10 Subjects for giving the Exam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Duration of Test<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Examination will be conducted on multiple days in three slots per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
