Admissions to postgraduate courses will be based on the merit of a candidate in NEXT. Introduced by the National Medical Commission Bill 2019, NEXT will also serve the purpose of Screening Test for Foreign Medical Graduates who are now required to qualify Medical Council of India Screening Test (Foreign Medical Graduates Examination or FMGE) and will for admission into postgraduate medical courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here are some of the key features of the NExT exam:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It will be a common licentiate examination for all MBBS students in India.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It will replace the university-level final MBBS examination, NEET-PG and FMGE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It will be a mandatory requirement for all MBBS graduates to practice medicine in India.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It will be a computer-based test.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The syllabus for the exam will be based on the NMES.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The exam will be conducted in two phases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quick-links\">Quick Links<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indcareer.com\/en\/next-syllabus\/\">Syllabus<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-national-exit-test-next\">National Exit Test (NExT)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NExT will be held as per scheduled exam date. It is organized by National Medical Commission (NMC) for admission to Postgraduate Medical Education in Broad Medical Specialities in Medical Colleges in India. If you want to appear in NExT exam then register before last date. Then download NExT admit card. They are also key to this&nbsp;Medical entrance exam&nbsp;preparation. The&nbsp;<strong>NExT sample paper<\/strong>&nbsp;by NMC, if any, is official. NExT previous year question papers&nbsp;means the set of question papers that were actually asked in past exams. The&nbsp;NExT question paper&nbsp;contain exact questions that came in old exams.
