The decision of RUHS shall be final<br>and binding to all. Candidates are advised to secure information regarding the admission from<br>the website of RUHS (www.ruhsraj.org) regularly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For complete admission process, no separate notification shall be issued; information shall be<br>available only through RUHS website (www.ruhsraj.org).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important to note:<\/strong> If at any stage, it is found that a non-eligible candidate is admitted to a<br>course, then the admission of such a candidate will be cancelled on such detection. A penal<br>action may also be initiated against such candidate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application Procedure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Before filling the on-line application form, read the information booklet and instructions for filling on-line application form etc. very carefully. Ensure the eligibility and other requirements for admission as given in this booklet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You should also make sure that the declaration made by you in the format of application regarding your eligibility is correct in all respects. You will be liable to any legal action and \/ or punishment as may be deemed fit by the RUHS in case it is found that you have furnished incorrect information or made false declaration regarding your eligibility at any stage or suppressed any information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You should be very careful in filling-up the on-line application form. If any lapse is detected during the scrutiny, your candidature will be rejected even if you come through the final stage of admission process or even at a later stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The jurisdiction for legal cases arising out of the admissions shall be limited to the High Court of Rajasthan, Jaipur Bench.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The decision of the RUHS \/ Admission Board in all aspects and all respects pertaining to the application and its acceptance or rejection as the case may be, conduct of the MPH course admissions process and at all consequent stages culminating in the admission <strong>or<\/strong><br>otherwise of any candidate shall be final in all respects and binding on all concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The RUHS \/ Admission Board reserves its right to alter and modify time and conditions laid down in the notification, information booklet for conducting the various stages up to the admission, duly intimating details thereof on the RUHS website, as warranted by any unforeseen circumstances arising during the course of this process, or as deemed necessary by the RUHS \/ Admission Board at any stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ruhs-mph-application-form\">RUHS MPH Application Form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Any student aspiring to take the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences Master of Public Health Entrance Exam must initiate the process by completing the application form.
