Sikkim Professional University (SPU), formerly known as Vinayaka Missions Sikkim University, is a private university located in Gangtok, Sikkim, India. It was established in 2008 and is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of India.

SPU offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various disciplines, including arts, commerce, science, engineering, management, computer applications, pharmacy, nursing, agriculture, and hospitality management.
