National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology, Gorakhpur invites applications for admission into the following M.Tech. streams:

• M.Tech in Electronics Design & Technology (ED&T)
• M.Tech in VLSI Design

Eligibility Criteria

For M.Tech in Electronics Design & Technology (ED&T):

BE/ B.Tech (Minimum 50%* or equivalent in CGPA) in Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering/ Instrumentation and Control Engineering.

For M.Tech in VLSI Design:

BE/ B.Tech (Minimum 50%* or equivalent in CGPA) in Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.

Registration Fee

The registration fee for NIELIT M.Tech Admission 2023 is Rs.1000/-.

Mode of Selection

The mode of selection for NIELIT M.Tech Admission 2023 is as follows:

• Direct Admission for candidates having valid GATE Scorecard/ AKTU PG Entrance Exam qualified.
• Institute Level Test for Non-GATE / Non- AKTU PG Entrance Exam candidates.

The syllabus for the Institute Level Entrance Test is the GATE Syllabus of Electronics and Communication Engineering (Code: EC).
