Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad (MNLUA) is a National Law University established in 2017 by the Government of Maharashtra. It’s the third and final university to be installed under the Maharashtra National Law University Act, 2014, following MNLU Mumbai and MNLU Nagpur. The university is recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
MNLU offers a five-year integrated undergraduate law program (B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)) and a two-year postgraduate law program (LL.M.). The university also offers a Ph.D. program in law.

Courses
The following is a list of courses offered by MNLU with their eligibility criteria:
- Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws (Hons.)
- Eligibility: 10+2 with English, History, Political Science, Economics, or Sociology as compulsory subjects along with English. Minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category candidates) in the qualifying examination.
- Master of Laws (LL.M.)
- Eligibility: Graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category candidates) in the qualifying examination.
- Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)
- Eligibility: Master’s degree in Law with minimum 55% aggregate marks (50% for reserved category candidates) in the qualifying examination.
