Eligibility Criteria
ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO First Year VISUAL ART COURSES (FINE ART AND APPLIED ART). All the candidates passed / appearing at the qualifying examination i.e. HSC / 12th Standard examination or its equivalent examination with English as a language subject and score minimum aggregate marks 45% (40% for reserved category) and having Indian Nationality are eligible for appearing for MAH-AAC-CET. There is no age limit for admission and appearing to MAH-AAC-CET.

MAH-AAC-CET 2023 Application Fee Payment: Application form processing fees as stated in the table given below is to be paid through Online Payment gateway only, for which the
service charges, as per rules, shall be applicable in addition to the application form processing fees. No other mode of payment shall be permitted. This fee is non-refundable
and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Scheme of Examination / Exam Pattern
Date of Examination: The examination will be conducted at various centers in Maharashtra Schedule for the same will be notified later.
Schedule & Test Design:
The MAH-AAC-CET 2023 will consist of three practical papers each paper is of 50 marks and one objective type theory paper which is of 40 marks.

There is no choice among the questions, i.e. all questions have to be answered.
- The candidate seeking admission to Bachelor of Fine Art (Fine Art and Applied Art) degree courses it is mandatory that the candidate must appear for all papers.
- Candidates will be provided with separate OMR answer sheets with question paper for General Knowledge. At the end of paper, candidate will hand over the OMR Answer sheet to the invigilator.
The exam pattern is as follows
- Mode of Exam – The exam is a Offline test.
- Number of Questions – There are 43 questions in the entrance exam.
- Total Marks – Maximum marks in the exam is 140.
- Exam Duration – Paper 1 and 3 are of 1.5 hours each, Paper 2 and 4 are of 1 hour each
- Language of Question Paper – The question paper is in language English.
Marking Scheme –
- There is no negative marking.
Examination Centre
The MAH-AAC-CET will be conducted at various centers in the State of Maharashtra. The eligible candidates can select the examination center of their choice while filling the online application form.
The center once allotted to the Candidate shall not be changed under any circumstances. State CET Cell, Mumbai reserves the rights for final allotment of the examination center to the candidate, which will be binding on the candidate.
