Eligibility Criteria
=> Minimum age of a candidate should not be less than 17 years.
=> Candidate should have passed the intermediate orequivalent examination separately and in first attempt all the following subjects:
English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB).
=> Candidate should have scored minimum of aggregate 50% in PCB.
=> Candidate with SC/ST and OBC background should have scored minimum 40% in PCB.

Selection Criteria
Admissions are one the basis of marks in 10+2 exam as well as score of NEET entrance exam. MGIMS conducts a pre-medical entrance exam that is counted as one of the criteria for admission to MBBS.

Counselling
The counselling session for 2021 will commence in July 2021 conducted by Directorate General of Health Services. Candidates will be called for counselling on the basis of merit list published. There is a provision of resigning or surrendering seats allotted in the process as well. Once selected, candidates need to visit the college to complete other formalities including documentation and fee payment.
