DU M.Ed Entrance Test is conducted every year by the Department of Education, University of Delhi, for selecting deserving candidates for admission into postgraduate level Master in Education (M. Ed) course, both full-time & part-time. The full-time programme is of one year of duration, while the part-time M. Ed course is of two years duration. For admission into both the courses, the candidates are required to score the qualifying marks in the entrance examination. Candidates who have qualified in the entrance test are then called for interview. Performance in both entrance test and interview decides their selection. Eligibility Criteria
The candidates applying for admission to the M.Ed program at Delhi University must have one of the following educational qualifications obtained from any of the recognized universities:
- B.Ed. with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate
- B.A.B.Ed., B.Sc.B.Ed. with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate
- B.El.Ed. with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate
- D.El.Ed. with an Undergraduate degree (with 50% marks in aggregate in each course i.e. D.El.Ed. and Undergraduate programs)
Application Process
The application process is restricted to online mode only and it is compulsory to register on the common portal on DU PG Admission 2022 Portal. All candidates need to follow these steps in order to achieve a successful application to the curriculum.
- Visit the official website of DU and on the admission tab click on DU PG Portal Admission.
- Register by providing a functioning email and Phone Number.
- After successful registration, the applicant needs to upload the self-attested documents on the portal for further process.
- Choose the course and fill in the accurate details about earlier education and personal details.
- The portal will show the payment option for application to the university.
- An application fee of INR 700 and INR 300 is charged from the general category students and reserved category students respectively.
- The application would include admission options: Entrance / Merit, applicants must choose Entrance based only (for 2022-23 session).

DU M.Ed Entrance Test Paper Pattern
