The organisation was established in 1994 in the memory of great freedom fighter Late Dhanaji Nana Chaudhari. The purpose of opening this institue was to fulfil the requirements of Late Dhanaji Nana Chauhari's Social & devotion to motherland. Also a number of courses have already been started to cater to the needs of job opportuniites of the youngsters. The chairperson of this institute is an eminent & well known social worker Shri. Madhukarro Dhanaji Chaudhari within a short span this institute gained name.
