Delhi College Of Art, New Delhi invites applications for admissions to Master of Fine Arts (MFA) for the academic year 2016- 17.

(a) Applied Arts (10 Seats)
(b) Painting (10 Seats)
(c) Printmaking (10 Seats)
(d) Sculpture (10 Seats)
(e) Visual Communication (10 Seats)
Interested candidates should fulfill following eligibility criteria:
- A candidate seeking admission to the course must have passed the bachelor of Fine Art degree of four year duration after 10+2 offered by the University of Delhi or an Exam recogniszed equivalent thereto with 50% or more marks in the aggregate
- Concession of 5% marks in the minimum eligibility requirement will be allowed to; SC/ST candidates; widows and/or children of Armed Personnel; Physically Handicapped candidates
- The Application Form duly filled along with documents specified as under must reach the Office of the Principal or delivered personally against counterfoilCounter Foil at the College between 10.00 am and 04 pm on any working day from 23rd June 2016 to 02nd July 2016 (except 01st July 2015) and by 04th July 2016 for applications by Registered/Speed Post/Courier
- Candidates may also download the Application Form from the College Website and submit the same duly filled along with the requisite Demand Draft from State Bank of India or/ a crossed Indian Postal Order payable to the DDO, College of Art, New Delhi , at New Delhi with enclosures on or before the stipulated date

Application fee is Rs.500/- for General/OBC Category, and Rs.250/- for SC/ST and Physically Challenged (Deaf & Dumb & Physically challenged) categories
Master of Fine Arts (MFA) Important dates section aims to list all important dates such as date of availability of form, last submission date, result date, counselling date, etc.
The candidate will be required to appear before an assessment committee along with a Portfolio of practical work and for viva of the Program of study submitted with the application form
a) Weightage of 60% marks will be given in assessment of the Portfolio of works and viva of programme of study
b) Weightage of 40% marks will be given for marks secured by the candidate in the last qualifying exam
