The University of Delhi will hold the Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) for admission to First Semester of Bachelor of Engineering Courses for DELHI REGION candidates passing from Schools / Colleges / Institute located within the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The CEE score is used for selecting candidates for Delhi College of Engineering (DCE), known as Delhi Technological University, and Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT).

Eligibility Criteria

To get eligible in Delhi CEE 2017 and study in this University candidate are required to meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Before applying, every candidate must be known about the eligibility criteria for DU CEE 2017.
  • All applicants must 17 years of age on or before the first October of the previous year of exam
  • All applicants must have passed the SSC from the recognized schools/ colleges located within the region of National Capital with PCM with a minimum of 60% marks.

The registration fee for General and OBC candidates is Rs. 400
For SC/ST the fee is Rs. 200

How to Apply

Candidates who are interested in giving DCE Admission Entrance Exam 2017 can apply offline mode. The DU Admission Entrance Exam application form process 2017 is as follows :

  • Application form for Delhi Admission Entrance Exam 2017 will be available from the March / April 2017.
  • The applicants may get the DU Admission Entrance Exam application form 2017 via post by sending a DD of Rs. 400/- (for General candidates) or Rs. 200/- (for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH candidates) to the address given below : The Dean, Faculty of Technology (Delhi University), Room No HCFF-13, First Floor (Health Centre), Delhi College of Engineering (new campus), Bawana road, Delhi 110042.

Exam Pattern

The duration of the examination will be 3 hours. The examination will have 180 questions of MCQ type based on Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics equally divided into 3 parts. The total marks of the examination will be 180.

Admit Card / Hall Ticket

The admit card of the candidate Delhi CEE 2017 will available on the official site. After the announcement of hall ticket the candidate able to download the card by filling up the application number. Candidate can download and take the print out of their hall ticket. The admit card would be available online by April 2017.



Every year the entrance examination DCE CEE 2017 is conducted in the month of May and the results of Entrance Exam are declared by 2nd week of June 2017. The results of the applicants will be available on the official website where students can mention their enrolment number and can check their results.


Shortlisted candidates Delhi CEE will not be intimated regarding counselling through separate letters. They are supposed to check the list and the date which will be available on website. Selected candidates have to carry their original mark-sheets and certificates at the time of counselling and if they fail to carry their original certificates and mark-sheets their admission will be cancelled. Downloaded mark-sheets and certificates are not allowed. The counselling process would start tentatively in last week of July 2017.
