CMDPGEE 2016 Notification & Exam Date

Association of Combined Entrance Examination (ACEE) invites applications for admissions to Combined Medical and Dental Post Graduate Entrance Examination (CMDPGEE) for the academic year 2016- 17.

CMDPGEE is an yearly exam conducted for admissions to MD/MS, MDS and MD Ayurveda courses in Medical, Dental, Ayurvedic and Homeopathic Colleges of Uttarakhand

Combined Medical and Dental Post Graduate Entrance Examination (CMDPGEE) is conducted by Association of Combined Entrance Examination (ACEE)

Eligibility Criteria:

Interested candidates should fulfill following eligibility criteria:
For MD/MS
=> The candidate must be an Indian National

=> A candidate who holds MBBS degree from a medical college recognized by MCI or a Foreign Medical Degree included in the Schedules of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and who has obtained Permanent registration either from the MCI or any of the State Medical Councils after completing one year (12 months) compulsory rotating internship shall be eligible to appear in this entrance exam

=> Compulsory rotating internship must be completed in a recognized medical college

=> The candidates who have obtained their MBBS degree from the Medical Colleges, which are not recognized by MCI are not eligible to take up this exam

=> However, a candidate who, after passing the final qualifying examination (MBBS or the equivalent foreign medical degree recognized by MCI), is undergoing one year compulsory rotating internship/practical training and is likely to complete the same by 31st March 2016 can take up this examination, but he/she shall not be eligible for

=> Those candidates who are undergoing one-year compulsory

For MDS
=> The candidate must be an Indian National

=> A candidate, who holds BDS degree from a dental college recognized by Dental Council of India (DCI) and who has obtained full registration either from the Dental Council of India or any of the State Dental Councils after completing compulsory one year (12 months) rotating internship shall be eligible to take this examination. Compulsory rotating internship must be completed in a DCI recognized dental college

=> The candidates who have obtained their BDS degree from the Dental Colleges which are not recognized by DCI are not eligible to take this exam
However, a candidate who, after passing the final qualifying examination (BDS recognized by DCI), is undergoing one year compulsory rotating internship/practical training and is likely to complete the same by 31st March 2016 can take up this examination, but he/she shall not be eligible for admission unless he/she has completed the compulsory one year rotating internship and obtained full registration on or before 31st March 2016 or the candidate produces a certificate from the head of the Institution that he/she will be completing one year internship

=> Those candidates who are undergoing compulsory one year rotating internship and whose internship is likely to be completed on or before 31st Mar 2016, shall have to furnish a certificate from the Principal/Dean of the college regarding the likely date of completion of one year internship at the time of counseling

=> Registration with DCI/State Dental Council is necessary and its documentary proof should be furnished at the time of counseling

MD Ayurveda
=> The candidate must be an Indian National

=> A candidate, who holds BAMS degree from any AurvedicCollege recognized by CCIM and who has registered from the CCIM or from any State Board after completing compulsory rotatory internship shall be eligible to appear in the entrance exam

=> However, a candidate who, after passing the final qualifying exam (BAMS recognized by CCIM), is undergoing one year (12months) compulsory rotating internship/practical training and is likely to complete the same by 30th Oct., 2016 can take up this examination, but he/she shall not be eligible for admission unless he/she has completed the compulsory rotating internship and obtained full registration on or before 30th Oct., 2016 or the candidate produces a certificate from the head of Institution that he/she will be completing internship

=> Registration with CCIM/Indian Medicine Board is necessary and its documentary proof should be furnished at the time of counseling

Application Procedure:

- The candidate can apply offline by filling application form available with Information Brochure of CMDPGEE-2016, which can be obtained by hand or by post

By Hand: The Information Brochure with application form of CMDPGEE-2016 can be obtained BY HAND from the Principal Office of the Member Colleges of ACEE by depositing cash of Rs.2500/-

Fee Details:

The application form and detailed information brochure is available at the designated centers only either in person or by post after submitting Rs.2500/-

CMDPGEE Important dates section aims to list all important dates such as date of availability of form, last submission date, result date, counselling date, etc.

For MD, MS and MDS
• Last Date for Submission of Application Form: 20th March 2016
• Date of Admit Cards to be Issued by: 25th March 2016
• Date of Entrance Exam: 27th March 2016 (Sunday)
• Expected date of Declaration of Result: 05th April 2016
• Allotment of seat by Personal Appearance: 01st Round of Counseling on 09th April 2016
• Last Date of Admission: Would be declared at the timing of counseling

  For MD Ayurveda

• Last Date for Submission of Application Form: 17th October 2016
• Admit Cards to be Issued by: 20th October 2016
• Date of Entrance Exam: 23rd October 2016 (Sunday)
• Expected date of Declaration of Result: Result would be declared on 25th October 2016
• Allotment of seat by Personal Appearance: First round of counselling** will be held on 27th Oct 2016
• Last Date of Admission: Would be declared at the timing of counseling
