Bhawabhuti Shikshan Sanstha popularly known as BSS, a society registered under the Bombay Public Trust act-1950,No. F-56 (Bhandara). The Society was founded by (Late) Laxamanrao Mankar alias Mankar Guruji in the year 1951. He was a visionary and firmly believed that appropriate relevant and quality education was the only alternative to uplift the rural masses in all spheres of life. To give practical shape to his vision, he founded BSS. At present society manages nine educational institutions ranging from primary to post graduate levels in various parts of the Gondia District.
