Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have completed 10+2 or equivalent in Physics/ Chemistry/ Biology or mathematics and passed in English at least should have maintained a minimum 45% aggregate of marks from the recognized board.
- The candidates who belong to SC/ST category should have completed 10+2 or equivalent in Physics/ Chemistry/ Biology or mathematics and passed in English at least should have maintained a minimum 40% aggregate of marks from the recognized board Candidates should have qualified in the ABO-CET entrance test conducted by the university.
Application Procedure
The candidates should strictly follow the instructions given in the website while filling up the application form online, and must read the instructions carefully before filling up the online application form. Instructions are mentioned at ‘Registration Guide’ menu which is available on website. Before filling up the application form online, candidates should:
- Create their login credential
- Have a scanned image of their recent passport size photograph (Refer to guidelines mentioned on the Website)
- Have a scanned image of their signature, ready before filling up the online application form.
- Read the procedure and guidelines for online payments of test fee which is to be made through Credit Card /Debit Card/ Internet Banking. (Refer to guidelines, terms and conditions for using online payment mentioned on the website)
Admission process
- Candidates have to fill out the application form on the official site choosing B.Optom Course.
- Screening Process of the applications will be done from the university
- Shortlisted Students will get an invite from BVDU for counseling and interview for some courses.
- Students are admitted to the B.Optom course on the merit basis obtained in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
