CMAT 2015 schedule announced by AICTE


All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) today announced the dates for conducting Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) in 2015. Candidates who are interested in pursuing management courses for academic year 2015-2016 will have to qualify for CMAT. Each candidate can appear two times for this exam - best score of these two exams results will be used for admissions in 2015. First exam will be held in September 2014, and second one will be in February 2015.


Graduates from any repuated university or final year students of graduations are eligible to apply.


Candidates have to register themselves online through official website Online registrations have started, and will be open till 2th Auguest 2014.

In the online form, candidates are required to fill 3 dates of choice along with 3 choice cities for online examination. The cities should be listed in the order of preference may be entered. Dates and cities will be alloted based on first come first served.

Admission Process:

Once the results are out, the merit list will be provided to respective State Governments for allotting the students through central counseling. CMAT scores can also be used to take direct admissions in AICTE approved Institutes / University Departments.

Test Fee:

- General/OBC: Rs.1400 + Bank charges as applicable
- SC/ST/PD: Rs.700 + Bank charges as applicable

Mode of Payment:
- Online payment through Net Banking / Credit / Debit Card (
- Cash Payment through challan generated online and Cash deposited in any branch of State Bank of India

First Test
- Registration starts: 3 July 2014
- Last Date for Online Registration: 25 August 2014
- Print out of Hall ticket: 12 September 2014
- Computer based test dates: 25 September 2014 to 29 September 2014 from 9.30 am - 12.30 pm & 2.30 pm - 5.30 pm
- Declaration of result: 30 October 2014
- Print out of Score Cards: 30 October 2014 to 30 November 2014
