Important Date
The last date for submission of the completed online Application Form without a late fee is May and with a late fee of Rs 500/- is Jun.
Eligibility Criteria
- Wards of serving/retired Army personnel are eligible to apply for admission to AIT.
- Must be an Indian citizen, or a PIO who has obtained/obtains Indian citizenship before admission.
- The parent should have completed minimum 10 years of service in the Army. Detailed eligibility criteria is available in the Prospectus.
Educational Qualification
- Class XII or equivalent (appeared or passed) with compulsory subjects as
- Physics and Mathematics alongwith one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/
- Biology/ Technical Vocational Subject.
- Candidates should obtain at least 50% in the above combination of subjects.
Age
The candidate must fulfill the age criteria requirements as per JEE Main.
Number Of Seats
(a) Computer Engineering – 120 seats
(b) Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering – 120 seats
(c) Mechanical Engineering – 60 seats
(d) Information Technology – 60 seats
Application Fee
- Cost of Online application is Rs 600/- can be paid through credit/debit card or net banking.
- Last date for submission of completed online Application Form without late fee is May !year and with late fee of Rs 500/- is Jun !year.
Application Form
- Applicants can fill AIT online application on website www.aitpune.com wef Mar !year.
- Details of JEE (Main) Application Number (compulsory), Roll Number etc are required to be filled in AIT Application form.
- Failing to fill up correct JEE (Main) Application Number or Date of Birth (as filled in JEE application form) will lead to rejection of admission to AIT.
