How to Apply

1. ANUPGCET online application form will be available on the websites

Note : Candidates are advised to take a printout of the prospectus / instructions to fill the application form from the above websites before proceeding to fill the ANUPGCET Application form.

2. The ANUPGCET online application form can be filled any where with internet connection. After going through the prospectus by keeping all the Certificates, Soft Copies of Scanned Photo and Signature.

3. The payment of registration and processing fee ( Rs. 500/- + Bank commission per test ) should be made either by SBI generated challan or by online payment gateway ( like credit / debit card / netbanking ). Bank Charges applicable as per the payment option selected by the candidate.

4. E-challan is generated after submitting the personal details through Online payment.

5. The fee paid by the applicant is non – refundable.

6. The system generated Application number is displayed for future reference.

Exam Pattern

ANUPGCET Entrance Test will have 100 multiple choice questions and each question carries 1 mark to be answered in 90 minutes. NO Negative Marks For Wrong Answers. Candidates have to bring Black Ball Point Pen for marking on the OMR Sheet.

- Candidate should mention the Centre code and Name of his / her choice in Online Application Form.

- Candidates applying for more than one Test are advised to opt for the same Centre as there is a likelihood of clash of dates and timings. Requests for change of Test Centre and Subject opted by the Candidate in the Application Form will not be considered under any circumstances.

- The final allotment of the Examination Centre will be decided by the Directorate of Admissions.

Syllabus

Admit Card / Hall Ticket

- The candidate should verify all the information in the admit card. If any issue is found, then get it corrected with the concerned authority.

- The candidates are required to carry the admit card to the examination hall. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. It is also very important to document for the further admission processes.

- The Exact Date, Time and Venue of Test Centre will be given in the Hall Ticket. Candidates can download their Hall Tickets and Schedule of Entrance Examination from the website www.anudoa.in or www.anu.ac.in/doa. The movement the above material is uploaded to the website; it will be informed to
the candidates through SMS / E-mail.

Cutoff

The cut off score depends on difficulty level of exam, availability of seats, number of applicants, etc. Based on the cut-off score examination authority prepares the merit list and candidates are called for counselling.

Results

The candidates are required to enter their respective ANUPGCET 2017 Roll Number for checking their result and downloading of their scorecard. The result will furnish the rank secured by the candidates. Based on the result of ANUPGCET and the cutoff screening, eligible candidates would be selected for the next round of selection process. The selected candidates would be enlisted in a merit list and will be called for counselling cum allotment on the basis of appearance in the list.

Counselling

The Order of merit will be decided on the basis of marks obtained in the Entrance Test. In case of tie, the tie will be resolved on the basis of Percentage of obtained in the Qualifying Examination, further tie will be resolved based on marks obtained in the Group subjects of the qualifying examination. Still, tie persists it will be resolved on the basis of date of birth in favour of older candidates. Selection for Admission shall be based on the Rank obtained in the Entrance Test.

10.Study Certificates (from 9th Class to Degree final year) / Residence Certificate of last Seven Academic Years (from Mee Seva issued in 2017) / Form-I or II or III or IV as given in Annexure - A pertaining to claim of Local Candidate
