ANURCET-2022, Acharya Nagarjuna University Entrance Exam for admission to M.Phil and Ph.D December 2022 for both Full-Time Research and part time research starting December 2022

Eligibility

For Full-Time Research, you need a Rank in the entrance test and minimum educational qualification for M.Phil. / Ph.D. is that the Candidates must have passed Master’s Degree of this University or any other recognized University in the concerned or related subject. They must secure not less than 55% of marks. However, in case of SC/ST candidates, a relaxation of 5% of marks is permitted Attendance is compulsory for Full-time Research Scholar as per the UGC rules

Part-Time Research

- For admission into research under part-time programme, a candidate has to satisfy the following conditions:
- Rank in the entrance test

M.Phil./Ph.D.:

- Candidates must have passed Master’s Degree of this University or any other recognized University in the concerned or related subject
- They must secure not less than 55% of marks. However, in case of SC/ST candidates, a relaxation of 5% of marks is permitted
- A teacher with at least 5 or 3 or 2 years of Full-time teaching experience in a recognized Polytechnic/Junior College or Degree College/Oriental College or Professional/PG College respectively or;
- An employee possessing at least 5 years of research experience in a cadre not lower than that of research assistant working in a research institution run by the state govt. or central govt. in a recognized institution funded by organizations like UGC/CSIR/CSSR/DST/DAE and such other agencies or;

A gazetted officer with PG qualification and having 5 years of professional experience or;

An executive having PG qualification and 10 years experience in public limited company or quasi govt. organization

How to Apply for ANURCET-2022 Entrance Exam

Applicants can download the application form from university website and enclose a Demand Draft for Rs.1000/- (non refundable) drawn in favour of Director, Directorate of Admissions, payable at Andhra Bank, ANU Campus Branch (Code No. 1508) or State Bank of India, NU Campus Branch (Code No. 4793)

Applicant should invariably write his/her name and address on the reverse side of the Demand Draft (DD’s drawn on other banks other than mentioned above are not acceptable)

Candidates for Admission under Part-time Research are required to submit a ‘No Objection’ Certificate and Experience Certificate with number of years of service issued by competent authority; Migration Certificate; Copy of the relevant certificate if reservation is claimed under PH/ NCC/ SPORTS/ CAP

Last date to receive filled in application (with DD Rs.1200/ -): 11th November, 2022
With late fee of Rs.1700/- (Rs.1200/- plus Rs.500/-): 18th November, 2022
