Dr. Radhika Sharma of The IIS University felicitated

Dr. Radhika Sharma, Department of Biotechnology, Senior Assistant Professor of The IIS University awarded the International Best Oral Paper Presentation Award in a conference held recently in Pune.

A two-day 6 th International Science Congress was organized by International Science Community Association in collaboration with Hutatma Rajguru Mahavidyala, Pune.

Over 1000 subject experts from all over the world have participated out of which over 500 research papers were presented in the form of oral presentations, invited lectures and poster presentations in the various field of science. Dr. Radhika Sharma received certificate and medal on her research paper titled “Evaluation of Ameliorative effect of Wheat Grass juice against Arsenic induced toxicity in Intestine of Swiss Albino Mice”.

Dr. Ashok Gupta, Vice-Chancellor of The IIS University congratulated Dr. Radhika on her achievement.

  The two-day National Conference on “Environmental Pollution: Consequences and Control” organised by The IIS University in collaboration with Indian Association for Air Pollution Control and sponsored by Indian Council of Social Science Research concluded on Saturday. The first technical session of last day of the conference was based on “Water Pollution: Control and Technologies”. Dr. Urmila Bhrighu from MNIT, Jaipur and Dr. T.K.Joshi, Director, Centre for Occupational and Environmental Health, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi were the invited speakers.

The students of class 11 bid farewell to the outgoing seniors. The Director Dr. Ashok Gupta and the Principal Ms. Mala Agnihotri blessed the outgoing batch for the future. The head boy ‘Anshul Sharma, the head girl ‘Sugandha Vohra’ and the President Students Council IBDP ‘Aakriti Bhargava’ shared their experiences which were full of fond memories.
