NDIM hosts Spardha on a grand scale

You have to burn the midnight oil in order to achieve excellent grades in Higher education, but along with this this you also need to participate in sports and games to develop your body and mind. We all know – a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. Counted amongst the best B-schools in India, The New Delhi Institute of Management, Tughlakabad, provides training to the students so as to prepare them to face challenges in all the fields of life. To assess their mental and physical abilities, the Inter-College Competition, Spardha- 2016 was organized with all pomp and show. Students from Delhi and nearby colleges participated in this big meet. Spardha-2016 provided a platform to the students to demonstrate their talents and abilities to the best in all types of indoor and outdoor games like, carom, kho-kho, Volleyball, badminton, Basketball, Football and Cricket. New Delhi Institute of Management has strived hard to groom their students as the leaders of tomorrow, in whatever field they choose. During Spardha-2016, the students demonstrated that they can compete with the best sportsmen while never lagging behind in their studies. The Winning teams were felicitated with cash prizes and trophies.The essence of a competition lies in ‘participation’, after all every one can’t be a winner !.All the participating students also received certificates as an appreciation of their efforts.
