Bhartiya Mahila Bank PO 2014 results out

Bhartiya Mahila Bank has announced the results of Probationary officers (PO) exam.

Bhartiya Mahila Bank selected 194 students. Around 96 candidates are from General category, 51 are from OBC, 28 are from SC category and 19 are from ST category. The bank will soon be sending call letters to selected candidates.

Selected candidates will have to unergo a 45 days training at locations decided later.

    Union Minister for Human Resource Development (HRD) Kapil Sibal rejected all the three candidates shortlisted by a search-cum-selection committee for the appointment of Vice-Chancellor in Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). The minister said that the selected candidates are not 'ideal' for the top post. According to sources, many eminent people from prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) were not considered.
