The Career and Personal Counseling Centre of Chowgule College, Margao is starting a course on ‘Conservation of Natural Resources’ under the Honours Programme in ‘Life - Style Management’ from 7th hours and will be held twice a week in the evening. The course will cover Rainwater Harvesting,
Conservation of Solar Energy, Biodiversity and Basic plan for constructing a house. Each topic will be conducted by experts from the respective field. Certificates will be issued to all those completing July, 2014. The duration of the entire course is approximately 30

Workshop on Effective Study Habits at Chowgule College, Margao

The Career and Personal Counseling Centre of Chowgule College, Margao is organising a workshop on Effective Study Habits for students of X, XI and XII at the college premises. The workshop will be held on Monday 1st September, 2014 from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. The purpose of the workshop is to help students set goals, make schedules, discover suitable study styles and learn different methods of studying. The workshop will help students to formulate techniques that will make studying effective for better results.

Chowgule College to Begin Aptitude Test Classes

Panjim 13th Chowgule College of Arts Science, Margao is conducting computerized psychometric test (aptitude test) followed by career guidance and counseling. The aptitude test is developed by Jnana Prabhodini’s Institute of Psychology, a renowned Institute in Pune. The aptitude testing and career guidance is open to those above 15 years. The testing and guidance will be held at Chowgule College all of November. The career guidance and counseling will help students to make informed choices about their careers and get various issues clarified to their satisfaction.
