Ms. Ritu Mehrotra of Mahindra Group has won Women Leadership Achievement Award

Women Leadership Achievement Award to Ms. Ritu Mehrotra of Bristlecone by World Women Leadership Congress 2014 (WWLC) organised by Asian Confederation and Star Group. Ms. Ritu Mehrotra, VP Global HR and Talent Management of Bristlecone, a Mahindra Group, established in 1996, has won the coveted Women Leadership Achievement Award by World Women Leadership Congress 2014 (WWLC) in a recent function held at Taj Lands in, Mumbai. This award was organized by Asian Confederation and Star Group. There was a representation from prominent personalities from all across the corporate houses and MNCs.

On Philosophy around work life balance Ms. Ritu Mehrotra said, “Work is an extension of my life, I would be incomplete without that and similarly I would be incomplete without family.”

This award is conferred to Ms. Ritu Mehrotra in recognition of her strategic and influential role that has helped in advancement of the organization in respect with the standards of global competitiveness. Her philosophy around work life balance was majorly appreciated.

Ms. Mehrotra has a significant trajectory in terms of her contribution to the skilling ecosystem. These contributions are across a variety of areas like strategic planning, process management, distinctive training solutions, analytics, path breaking research etc.

Ms. Mehrotra was felicitated along with other winners, which is intended to encourage the various private and public sectors to promote women leaders and support the women empowerment strategy to activate and accelerate the role of working women in various institutions through various initiatives.

The Women Leadership Award recognizes and appreciates the profound role played by women as leaders, executioners, and decision makers, in shaping the future of the region and nation, and who embody the qualities of leadership in displaying active, creative, and integrative efforts in achieving the best possible results in the national and regional development plans.
