AIPGMEE 2014 Results Announced

National Board of Examination (NBE), New Delhi has announced the results of All Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination (AIPGMEE) for the year 2014.

AIPGMEE 2014 was conducted from 25th November to 6th December 2013. AIPGMEE is a Computer-Based Test (CBT)

Candidates who have qualified for participation in the counseling conducted by Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) for All India 50% Quota MD/MS/Post Graduate Diploma Courses can download their score card from AIPGMEE 2014 website.

Candidates may check their AIPGMEE results 2014 at http://www.results.nbe.gov.in/aipgmee/aipgmee/

Candidature is purely provisional, subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria.

Chowgule College to organize a Personal Grooming and Personality Enhancement Course

Chowgule College will be conducting a three day certificate course on Personal Grooming and Personality Enhancement in November, 2014. The course will commence from 4th November, 2014. The course will be conducted by Harshita Saxena, Miss India 2009 and a personal trainer and groomer. The three day course will cover aspects of personality enhancement, communication skills, confidence building, and dressing up, lifestyle management, public speaking, phone etiquette, table etiquette and general etiquette.

Workshop on Effective Study Habits at Chowgule College, Margao

The Career and Personal Counseling Centre of Chowgule College, Margao is organising a workshop on Effective Study Habits for students of X, XI and XII at the college premises. The workshop will be held on Monday 1st September, 2014 from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. The purpose of the workshop is to help students set goals, make schedules, discover suitable study styles and learn different methods of studying. The workshop will help students to formulate techniques that will make studying effective for better results.

AIPGMEE scores for Karnataka Medical PG Courses in 2015

All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination (AIPGMEE) scores will be used for admissions into Medical Post Graduate courses across Karnataka state. Thus Karnataka becomes the eleventh state in the country to adopt AIPGMEE. Karnataka state wanted to adopt AIPGMEE from 2014 on wards, but could not do it since the exam date was advanced to an earlier date than what was initially announced.

CBSE exams from March 1 to April 17th

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) board examination for classes 10 and 12 will begin on March 1. For class 10 students, the examination will end on March 19 2014. And for class 12 students, the examination will end on April 17 2014. Around 22.65 lakh students have registered for the 2014 CBSE board exam as compared to 21.76 lakh students registered in 2013 CBSE board exams. The increase in number of students is attributed to large number schools opting for CBSE boards across India. CBSE announced complete date sheet for Class 10 and 12 board exams

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) release notice for AIPGMEE 2012

The All India Postgraduate Medical and Dental exam is going to be held on 8th January 2012. AIIMS has issues notice for cancellation of NEET PG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post Graduate courses).
