CIIM Conducted Workshop on “Benefits of Stock Market and Demat Accounting”

Career Institute of International Management (CIIM), Bhopal

conducted a workshop for PGDM students on 31st May 2013 to educate students about the scope of Finance in Banking, benefits of Stock Market and Introduction to Demat Accounting. Session was headed by Mr. Ajeet Goswami, Branch Manager and Head Press Line Securities & Planet Securities. He educated students about the wide scope of finance and also instructed them with ample of knowledge about benefits of stock market and Introduction to demat accounting. Prof. Pradeep Jain, Director, Career Group of Institutions, said “We organize such workshops regularly as we want our students to be
updated with latest knowledge and scope in the different aspects of business education. This session on stock market and demat accounting helped our students to understand the stock market in a better way so that they can plan their future with abundant knowledge.” Mrs. Smita Gupta, Dean Academics, CIIM explained the benefits of attending the workshop and how students can get benefitted of being self employed by the work shop. Students had a very interactive learning and attended the session with zeal and enthusiasm.

Google India to educate UP women about Internet

Internet giant Google will launch a two-month Internet education campaign to reach around 5 lakh girls and women across Uttar Pradesh. The main theme of this campaign is to make them digitally literate. The campaign was inaugurated in the presence of women's movement "Gulabi Gang" leader Sampat Pal. "The two-month Helping Women Get Online campaign (HWGO) in Uttar Pradesh aims to create awareness about the benefits of Internet for women and assist them to get online through basic knowledge on how to use the Internet," Google marketing director Sandeep Menon told reporters.

Tuition fee waived off for Girl students upto XII in Uttar Pradesh

Great relief for Girl students in Uttar Pradesh school as State Government has directed all government and government-aided schools to weave off the tuition fees of girl student of all sections of society. This rule will be applicable from current session i.e for the classes starting from July 2nd. The circular also mentioned that only tuition fees has been waived off, other fees like sports, development and science charges will be applicable.
