MHT-CET 2012 is scheduled to be conducted on May 10, 2012 across 867 exam centres in Maharashtra. And more than three lakh students will appear for Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) 2012.
As per sources, 55,567 candidates will sit for MHT-CET to join a health science course, whereas around 1.20 lakh students will take the test to sign up for engineering programme which is less than last year's 1.49 lakh. In addition, of the total 3.38 lakh students to appear for the exam this year, the maximum number-1.63 lakh- will sit for all the papers - physics, chemistry, biology and mathematics.
The programmes will be conducted in government / government aided colleges and few unaided private colleges who accept MHT-CET scores.
