Maharaja Ganga Singh University formerly University of Bikaner (UOB, is a university located in Bikaner in the state of Rajasthan, India. The university was established in 2003 and marks an important milestone in the evolution of tertiary education in Rajasthan. University has recognized the Research Supervisors in different disciplines and has registered a number of scholars. It has a Research Committee with the Vice Chancellor as the Chairman. Registration of the scholars is made following their presentation before research committee in order to promote quality research.
