Application
for admission in General Nursing and midwifery course ( Three years and
Six months non-stipendiary) in the school of Nursing, Bokaro General
Hospital, Bokaro Steel Plant, Bokaro Steel city is invite for the
session 2008-2009 as per the following criteria.

1. Sex :- Female

2. Age :- 17 Years – 23 Years as on1.10.2008

3. Marital Status :- Unmarried.

4. Qualification :- 10+2 Science with minimum 55 %Marks for General and OBC 50 % Marks for ST & SC.
5. Medium of Instruction :- English

6. Date of Sale of Application from :- 10/06/2008 – 10/07/2008
along with prospectus.

7. Last date of Receipt of :- 31/07/2008
Duely filled up application

(a)
Prospectus & application form will be available from office of
Principal, School of Nursing, Bokaro General Hospital, Bokaro Steel
City on production of money receipt/ Demand Draft between 10 AM – 12PM
and 3.00PM – 4.30PM on all working days.

(b)
The cost of prospectus along with application from is Rs. 100 Only. The
payment can be made either in from of cash or demand draft in favour of
SAIL, BOKARO STEEL PLANT, Payable at Bokaro Steel City.

(c) Cash is to be deposited at designated cash counter of BSL ( ISPAT BHAWAN) and the receipt should be deposited to the principal, School of Nursing for optaining prospectus and application from.

(d)
Out station applicants can obtain the prospectus and application form
by sending a demand draft of Rs. 100/= Only ( Towards the cost of
application from and prospectus) in favour of SAIL, BOKARO STEEL PLANT payable at Bokaro Steel city and self addressed stamped envelope with a postal stamp worth Rs.5/= Only.

(e)
Prospectus and application form can be downloaded from our website
www.SAIL CO. downloaded application must be accompanied by demand draft
for Rs.100/= Only in favour of SAIL, BOKARO STEEL PLANT payable at Bokaro Steel City.

(f) Filled up application form must reach in the office of the principal, School of Nursing, Bokaro General Hospital, B.S.City (Jharkahand-827004) on 31/07/2008.

Only
those candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria will be allowed to
appear in the written test in English on 08/09/2008 after verification
of Certificates. Those who qualify in written test will be called for
interview on 11/09/2008. OBC Candidates must produce the OBC cerficates
of not below the rank of D.M. that they do not belong to Creamy layer
latest by 2007.

Note:- Caste Certificates should be submitted along with the application.
