Today we find the factory of colleges other than reputed ones like IIT, IIM, XLRI etc churning out finished products that do not know the basics of communication, presentation, tele and email etiquette.I feel there is dire need to start a soft skills training modules in different states in a cascading manner wherein it will reach all educational institutions in small towns and villages and teach the basics in computers and communication skills. REAL TIME IS THE KEY WORD Here, anyone ready to share inputs are welcome.Let us work for strong India.
