what is the procedure to register ourself as a guide for M.PHil and MBA students?

im a senior lecturer in a management institution affiliated to VTU, in Bangalore. i would like to enrol myself as a guide to students who are persuing their MBA and MPhil thorugh distanace learning programs. i checked in the website of the university but could not find any option to register ourself as guides. can you please help meout in this? i completed by MPhil in 2004 under MKU. and have over 7 years of teaching experience
