M.Phil/ Ph.D. in Management.

I have done MBA(Marketing and Finance) in 2005 with 71% of marks.I have 1.6 Years of work experience. Please tell me about the college which offers M.Phil/ Ph.D.Management course in Delhi. Or the college offers distance learning program. Also tell me about the mode of admission, i.e. do they conduct any enterance test for these programs?
