Soft Skills should be introduced as main subject in schools image

The young generation needs to be taught soft skills along with other subjects because mere bookish knowledge is not going to land them in the career of their choice if they lack the basic behavioral skills. Attitude, team work, communication skills, public speaking skills are all important subjects which needs to be learned to enhance knowledge along with day to day study.

Schools forms the base which transforms a students mind to think and give shape to their dreams. I feel this is the best place to introduce soft skills so that they understand the value of Goal setting and stress management, they know how to handle their studies and stress. A lot of students commit suicide due to pressure of studies and the situation is really getting alarming. It is high time that students are taught how to handle stress, exam fear, increase confidence and have a positive attitude towards life.

Life is a a learning process. Teaching does not end after the completion of school or college but it continues till the end of one's life. So to have a active brain it is very important to think positively and associate with good people, attend fruitful seminars and keep improving our life.

The basic seed for thought is sown in the early stages of life. That is the time when a child learns to read, write, see a world. That is the best time they should be introduced to the world of soft skills.

Attitude School ( http://www.attitudeschool.com) has been started with this concept in mind to train students to change their thinking towards life. We are collaborating with schools and colleges to change mindset of students so that they know how to handle their studies and life. It is like education – life balance instead of work – life balance for working professional. So give a thought and associate yourself with the best institute at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
