Rajan said India needs to improve in the field of education. Raghuram told the teachers need to be motivated so that the level of education is improved in schools and universities.

School drop out rate is more in India than anywhere else, but the fact is that students here are more hungry for education. Rajan emphasized that education is important for one's well being and it is through education that a person can bring a considerable change in his life.
