The School of Mathematics and Allied Sciences (SOMAAS) established in 1978, is an internationally recognized centre of Biomathematics and a well known centre for imparting higher education in the field of computer science and Information technology. With the growth of allied sub disciplines like mathematical modeling, mathematical ecology, mathematical epidemiology, numerical methods etc., the School has developed a multidisciplinary research group with the support of major research projects and otherwise.

B.Sc. with mathematics, with 50% marks in aggregate.

M.Sc Computer Science
Bachelor’s Degree with Mathematics/Statics/Computer science/Electronics or BCA with 50% marks in aggregate.

M.Phil Mathematics
M.Sc. mathematics / Applied mathematics with 55% marks.
