Prospectus including OMR Application Form for the test will be available for sale w.e.f. 29.06.2010 on payment of Rs. 1700/- (Rs. 850/- in case of SC/ST), in cash, from the following Post Offices:

Form can be had by post from the Manager, Publication Bureau, Panjabi University, Sector 14, Chandigarh on payment of Rs.1780/- (Rs. 930/- for SC/ST) through Bank Draft drawn in favour of the Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh, payable at Chandigarh only. For this the request must reach the Manager, Publication Bureau, P.U., Chandigarh — 160014 by 13.07.2010 (Tuesday).
