BLDEU PGET 2010 Eligibility Criteria
Only those candidates who satisfy or likely to satisfy the following relevant eligibility requirements for admission to Post Graduate courses will be considered eligible to appear for the BLDEU - PGET - 2010 and subsequently for admission to the course.
Eligibility requirements to appear for BLDEU - PGET - 2010 and admission to the medical Post Graduate Diploma and Degree Courses are:
The candidates seeking admission to these courses should have passed MBBS from the college recognized by Medical Council of India.
As specified by Medical Council of India, the minimum percentage of marks in the entrance test for eligibility for admission to Post Graduate courses shall be:
1. General category - 50 percent.
2. SC / ST / OBC (OBC as declared by Government of Karnataka from time to time) Category 40 percent.
3. Candidates with 40 to 70% locomotor disability of lower limbs (as certified by competent issuing authority) category 45 percent.
The candidate should have completed the compulsory rotating internship / would be completing by 30th April 2010.
Foreign / PIO / NRI students need not appear for BLDEU - PGET - 2010. Their admission will be based on qualifying examination marks.

BLDEU PGET 2010 Test Scheme
BLDEU PGET for 2010 will have the following pattern.
There will be only one test which will have 180 multiple - choice questions (MCQ). The time allotted for the test shall be 180 minutes. The test will begin at 10:00am and end at 1:00pm.
Candidates are required to mark their answers in an OMR (Optical Mark Reader) Answer Sheet. Each correct answer is awarded with one mark.
There will be no negative marking. No mark/s will be awarded for multiple marking (marking multiple responses) for any question.
