Jindal Institute of Power Technology, Raigarh offers PGPTPT and PDPTPT Admission 2015

Jindal Institute of Power Technology (JIPT) invites applications for One Year Post Graduate Program in Thermal Power Technology (PGPTPT) and One Year Post Diploma Program in Thermal Power Technology (PDPTPT) for the year 2015.

PGPTPT and PDPTPT is conducted by Jindal Institute of Power Technology (JIPT).

Jindal Institute of Power Technology (JIPT) is recognized by Central Electricity Authority (CEA), Ministry of Power, Government of India as Category I Institute. The Institute possesses world class Simulators of 135 MW / 250 MW / 600 MW generating units & state of the art infrastructure. The course authorizes the pass outs to operate or undertake maintenance of any part or whole of a generating station of 100 MW & above capacity, together with the associated sub stations.

PGPTPT and PDPTPT Eligibility Criteria:

Interested candidates should fulfill following eligibility criteria:

Post Graduate Programme in Thermal Power Technology (PGPTPT)
=> A full time 4 year BE / B. Tech degree from a recognized Institute in Mechanical / Electrical / EEE / Electronics / Control & Instrumentation Engineering with a minimum of 60 % marks in Class X, XII and BE / B. Tech.

=> Age: Not more than 28 years as on July 01, 2015

Post Diploma Programme in Thermal Power Technology (PDPTPT)
=> A 3 year diploma from a recognized Institute in Mechanical / Electrical / EEE / Electronics / Control & Instrumentation Engineering with a minimum of 60 % marks in Class X / XII and Diploma.

=> Age Not more than 27 years as on July 01, 2015

Application Procedure for PGPTPT and PDPTPT:

=> Application Form is available on JIPT Website (www.jipt.org). The Application Form is to be filled online. Application Fee of INR 1000/- is to be paid through Demand Draft (in favour of JIPT, payable at Raigarh). The candidates shall send the Demand Draft along with a print copy of the duly filled in application form by Speed Post to Jindal Institute of Power Technology, Tamnar, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh – 496108.

Fee Details:

PGPTPT : INR 200000.00 payable in four installments (i.e. July’ 15, September’ 15, December’ 15 and April’ 16)

PDPTPT: INR 100000.00 payable in four installments (i.e. July’ 15, September’ 15, December’ 15 and April’ 16)
