ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test (IBSAT), Hyderabad MBA Exam 2023. The ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test (IBSAT) is a University level MBA, PGPM entrance exam. It is organized by ICFAI Foundation For Higher Education (IFHE) for admission to MBA, PGPM in IBS Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Dehradun, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune Campuses. What is IBSAT
IBSAT is a Computer Based Test (CBT) and consists of multiple choice questions. IBSAT is of 2 hours duration and is aimed at testing the applicant’s ability in quantitative techniques, data interpretation, data adequacy, vocabulary, analytical reasoning and reading comprehension
CAT / GMAT / NMAT score
The Candidates with GMAT, NMAT or CAT scores are exempted from appearing for IBSAT.
The candidates can avail the application form of IBSAT through online as well as offline mode. The offline application forms are available in the marketing offices of all IBS. The candidates can apply online through the official website of ICFAI Business schools.

IBSAT Exam Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation (any discipline) with 50% and above marks (as calculated by respective University) with medium of instruction as English.
- All applicants should have completed a minimum of 15 years of education (on 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis). Candidates not meeting the eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation have to submit the TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS score by May 31, 2023.
- Applicants in their final year bachelor’s degree course are also eligible to apply, provided they complete their graduation requirements (including practical examinations / viva / assignments) before May 31, 2023. The admission will remain provisional until they produce marks sheets and degree certificates establishing their eligibility. The last date for submission of proof of graduation is November 01, 2023.
- Eligibility criteria will be checked from August, 2023 onwards. Hence, the onus of ensuring that they satisfy the eligibility criteria rests solely with the candidates.

- The application form is common for admission to MBA/PGPM program at IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Bengaluru, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Hyderabad, IBS Dehradun, IBS Jaipur, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai and IBS Pune campuses.

IBSAT Exam Application Fee
- IBSAT Bulletin can be purchased through one of the following methods by payment of Rs.1800/-
- The fee for the MBA program at IBS Hyderabad campus is Rs. 8.01 lakhs per annum.
- The fee for the MBA program at IBS Bengaluru campus is Rs. 6.03 lakhs per annum
- The fee for the MBA program at IBS Dehradun and IBS Jaipur campuses is Rs. 3.015 lakhs per annum.
- The fee for the PGPM program at IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai and IBS Pune campuses is Rs. 4.545 per annum.
Selection Process
- Candidates who have qualified based on IBSAT 2022/ GMAT® /NMAT by GMACTM/CAT score are called for the selection process at IBS Hyderabad during February/March 2023.
- Selection process comprises Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Exam Pattern
The medium of the question paper will be English only.
The question paper of IBSAT 2020 will consist of 120 objective type questions with 5 choices for every question. The total duration of 2 hours will be provided to answer the questions.

The candidates are required to carry the admit card to the examination hall. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. It is also very important to document for the further admission processes.
Results
How to Check IBSAT 2023 Result and Rank
The IBSAT 2023 result will be declared by the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE) on its official website, ibsindia.org. The exact date of the result declaration will be announced in advance.
To check the IBSAT 2023 result and rank, candidates will need to follow these steps:

IBSAT Cutoff
The IBSAT Cutoff is the minimum required score for qualifying the exam and getting shortlisted in the final merit list of the institute. Every year, the cutoff is released by the exam authorities to shortlist candidates for the next stage or round of the admission process.
After considering various factors, namely level of difficulty in IBSAT test, number of test takers, and number of seats, IBS Hyderabad and its other participating institutes will release IBSAT cutoff lists for the candidates.
The Cutoff for IBSAT will be released after the announcement of the result.
