SI Entrance Exam 2024 will be held on 12 May 2024. Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the ISI Admission Test vary depending on the course applied for. For undergraduate courses, candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with mathematics and English as compulsory subjects. For postgraduate courses, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum of 55% marks. For doctoral programs, candidates must have a master’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum of 55% marks.

Selection Procedure
Selection of candidates will be based on their performance in written test(s) and interviews conducted by the institute subject to satisfying the minimum academic qualification.
ISI Admission Test Application Form
The application process for the ISI Admission Test is online. Candidates must visit the official website isical.ac.in of ISI and register themselves. After registration, candidates must fill in the application form with all the required details and upload the necessary documents. Candidates must pay the application fee online to complete the application process. Students should fill and submit the ISI Admission Test online application form before the last date.
Application Procedure
All applicants interested in admission to any of the academic programmes listed earlier must apply ONLINE through the official website https://www.isical.ac.in/~admission/.
Overseas applicants must also apply online. However, they must take the Admission Test at one of the Test centres located in India (see Prospectus). In addition, such applicants are alsorequested to share their Application ID through an email to [email protected] with subject Overseas Application for Admission 2024.
Fee
- Applicants should read carefully the Prospectus and the instructions given in the website before filling in the application form. Application Fee (for all academic programmes):
- ₹1500.00 for all Male applicants in the unreserved (General) category
- ₹1000.00 for all Female applicants in the unreserved (General) category
- ₹750.00 for reserved (OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD/EWS) category candidates

ISI Admission Test Exam Pattern:
The ISI Admission Test consists of two papers, namely, Paper-I and Paper-II. Paper-I is a multiple-choice question-based exam that tests the candidate’s general aptitude in mathematics, statistics, and computer science. Paper-II is a subjective exam that tests the candidate’s analytical and problem-solving skills in the chosen subject.
