National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) has invited applications for admission to the full time on campus courses of Academic Year 2012 Commencing from July 2012 at thier Campuses at Pune, Hyderabad and Goa Campuses:

FULL TIME ON-CAMPUS PROGRAMMES:
1. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM): Offered from Pune Campus

Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Architecture with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

2. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management (PGP IFDM): Offered from Pune Campus

This multidisciplinary programme aims at in-depth training of engineering professionals for leadership positions in rapidly growing infrastructure sector, infrastructure financing & investment organizations. The programme focuses on integrated approach to manage infrastructure projects, i.e. structuring, financing, development, execution and management.

Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Architecture with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

3. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management
(PGP ACM): For Goa Campus only

Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Architecture with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

4. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM): Offered from Hyderabad Campus

Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Architecture or Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with five years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria.

HOW TO APPLY
Prospectus & Application Form for all the courses can be obtained from any office of NICMAR on payment of Rs. 1400/- for one programme or Rs. 2100/- for more than one programme by Demand Draft in favour of "NICMAR, Pune" or download the application form from website and send it along with the application fee.
