Eligibility:
FOR GENERAL CATEGORY CANDIDATES:-
1. Masters Degree in relevant field of Science with a minimum CGPA of 6.75 or not less than 60% marks at Master’s level or any other equivalent qualification recognized by the Institute.

Application Forms
Application forms can be obtained from the office of the Dean, Academic Office, National Institute of Technology, Hazratbal, Srinagar on payment of Rs: 400/= (Rs. 200/= for SC/ST candidates) to be deposited in Account No.106/CD in J&K Bank (NIT, Sgr.) or through Bank Draft drawn in favour of Director, National Institute of Technology, Srinagar.
Application forms can also be downloaded from Website www.nitsri.net and sent to Assistant Registrar (Academic) National Institute of Technology, Srinagar, along with the necessary Demand Draft for Rs: 400/= (in case of SC/ST candidates Rs: 200/=) drawn in favour of Director, NIT Srinagar by or before 11th June,2011.
